The Tapas

The "tapas" are rustic appetizers that Spaniards consumed as an aperitif or appetizer, accompanied by alcoholic beverages or soft. Originally the "tapas" served to accompany losherry, the famous sweet liqueur Spanish, and were served in a saucer that covered the wine glasses to prevent flies from entering or dust.
