Acquavite of Sardinia

The brandy is an alcoholic beverage, known and consumed by Sardinian, since time immemorial, mainly as a liqueur, but also as an ingredient in various recipes. Its manufacture was done by hand, in the annexed distilleries domestic wine cellar, often housed a room for more than the retail sale of wine and spirits.
